- Our knowledgeable sales and service team is available to assist you Monday-Friday 8:00am – 10:00pm PST and Sat. 9:00am - 6:00pm PST.
Methods of Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified checks, and money orders. Please make money order or certified check payable to: A Life Depicted Studios.
- If payment (money order, certified check) is mailed to A Life Depicted studios, the order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Shipping and Handling
- All orders are sent via UPS or USPS and filled within 5 business days of receipt of order. Wood product orders may take up to 15 days (please feel free to call customer service for an accurate timeframe as it pertains to your order)
- We have a wide range of shipping options available through our online store to suit your needs, or one of our customer service representatives will gladly help you choose the shipping method that is right for you.
Returns and Exchanges
- For all returns or exchanges please contact customer service at 877.738.8805 or by email at customerservice@alifedepicted.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA)
- A Life Depicted Studios will replace any merchandise that is defective or damaged in shipment. We will issue a store credit for returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we do not accept returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you are returning or exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, unless it was our oversight.
